Home Repair Program
The Home Repair Program is founded on the belief that older adults deserve to remain in their home as they age. For Laguna Beach residents on a limited income, this program provides support to make essential repairs and home modifications that improve home safety, accessibility and independence.
This program is proudly offered in partnership with the City of Laguna Beach, and Laguna Beach Seniors.
What Type of Repairs Are Covered?
- Installation of smoke and CO detectors
- Minor plumbing, such as faucet and toilet repairs
- Accessibility needs such as ramps, handrails, and grab bars
- Minor electrical issues, light fixtures, outlet and switch installation
- Minor mold or lead paint issues
- Minor flooring modifications related to tripping hazards
- Minor exterior code enforcement issues
