Emergency Preparedness
The Laguna Beach Police Department wants us to be the Most Prepared City in Orange County. To do that, LBPD wants us to pledge to be as prepared as possible in case of an earthquake, wildfire, flood, or other emergency.
Free Smoke Detector
The Laguna Beach Fire Department offers free smoke alarms — with batteries and installation — to Laguna Beach homeowners. Sign-up on the City website, and a Fire Department representative will contact you to schedule an appointment. This program is limited to one smoke detector per floor of a residence, and excludes rental units.
Emergency Preparedness: Have A Plan
Laguna Beach CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) urges us to have a plan and be prepared in case of an emergency. Use the following tool kits to get you, your family, and neighbors ready.
