Behavioral Health Services

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act, make choices, and relate to others. Mental health is more than the absence of a mental illness—it’s essential to your overall health and quality of life. Difficulty coping with changes can lead to isolation and depression and can compromise healthy aging. Our goal is to help people who suffer from isolation and depression to learn new coping strategies and improve socialization and interaction with others on a level that our client is comfortable with.

Our licensed Marriage and Family Therapists at the Susi Q provide up to 14 free consecutive sessions of one-to-one therapy to those individuals who have become more isolated and less healthy as a result of difficulty coping with life changes.

Our services are confidential and free and we are always available to help individuals sort through their thoughts and feelings that are preventing them from living the life they desire.

Please contact our front desk (949) 464-6645 for more information.
