How to enroll in Lifelong Laguna

If you – or a neighbor, family member, or friend in Laguna Beach – could benefit from additional support to enable you to stay in your home as you age, we look forward to hearing from you.

• You will be contacted to discuss program offerings and your needs
• We’ll schedule an in-person interview to create an initial aging-in-place plan together with you
• You’ll sign enrollment forms
• You’ll be matched with a friendly volunteer
